Our labs our arranged similar to an office or home office, mimicking a typical environment for our participants.
Low-pressure moderating
To provide a sense of privacy and reduce anxiety, the session is conducted from a different room over a speaker phone.
Visual cues
Facial expressions and body language provide clues to emotional and behavioral problems with your site.
Additional activities
